Returns & Exchanges
Not happy your product for any reason? We get ya, sometimes the shades just don’t fit! We offer hassle-free, simple returns for 45 days after delivery. Just hit us up at email@example.com and we’ll get it sorted. All sunglasses have to be shipped back in original packaging (don’t worry about the shipping bag!). The products must be unused and with no signs of wear and tear.
We ask all customers to check their shades as soon as they arrive and report any signs of damage or scratches to the lenses within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on scratched or damaged sunglasses after this 24 hours period.
We do not offer returns if you have used a "Buy 1, Get 1 Free" or "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" discount code. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your options.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are pleased to offer free shipping in the U.K. If you return your entire order, then the cost of our shipping will be deducted from your refund. Currently, our shipping cost is £2.99. Your refund will be minus £2.99.
