Returns & Exchanges
Not happy your product for any reason? We get ya, sometimes the shades just don’t fit! We offer hassle-free, simple returns for 45 days after delivery. Just hit us up at email@example.com and we’ll get it sorted. All sunglasses have to be shipped back in original packaging (don’t worry about the shipping bag!). The products must be unused and with no signs of wear and tear.
We don't offer exchanges for another colour/style. Instead, we offer a full refund and then you can reorder a new pair.
Currently we only accept returns on the original ordered items. So, if you return your shades for another pair, then decide you would like to return the new sunglasses, we reserve the right to charge a £10 restocking fee. This helps to cover costs of additional postage and time taken with you order.
