Not happy your product for any reason? We understand, sometimes the shades just don’t fit! We offer hassle-free, simple returns for 30 days after delivery. Just drop us an emails at email@example.com and we’ll get it sorted. All sunglasses have to be shipped back in original packaging (don’t worry about the shipping bag!). The products must be unused and with no signs of wear and tear.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are pleased to offer free shipping in the U.K. If you return your entire order, then the cost of our shipping will be deducted from your refund. Currently, our shipping cost is £2.99. Your refund will be minus £2.99. (Occasionally we may run special offers and promotions which include Next Day or Saturday delivery. If you use a discount code that uses one of these shipping methods then your refund will be minus these expedited shipping costs, currently £7.50 and £12.50 respectively.)
Currently we only accept returns on the original ordered items. So, if you return your shades for another pair, then decide you would like to return the new sunglasses, we reserve the right to charge a £10 restocking fee. This helps to cover costs of additional postage and time taken with you order.
As a small business, we hope you understand this restocking fee.
Occasionally, we may offer a post purchase discount code. This might be shown to you after you complete your purchase. This isn't guaranteed and only shows to a small percentage of customers. This discount code is only valid in conjunction with the first purchase, if you wish to return your first order, then you will only receive a refund for the 2nd post purchase order. As this 2nd discount would only be displayed with your first purchase.
